Sigma offers third-party lenses that mix high-end optics with prices that tend to sit below those of major manufacturers like Canon and Nikon — and Sigma’s lenses just saw a temporary price drop. Now through June 17, Sigma’s Father’s Day sale brings discounts up to $150 on prime and zoom lenses and $100 for the Mount Converter MC-11.
Six of Sigma’s popular high-end Art series lenses see three-figure discounts as part of the sale, including both prime and zoom models. We’re big fans of the series, having awarded high marks to every Sigma Art lenses we’ve yet reviewed for their combination of sharp optics, bright apertures, and great value. Sigma lenses are also available for a wide variety of cameras, with native mount options for Canon EF, Nikon F, Panasonic/Leica L, Sony A, and Sony E mounts. The bright, constant-aperture zooms combine excellent low light performance with the flexibility of a zoom. For full-frame cameras, the Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG OS HSM Art is $100 off, bringing the price to $1,199.
Along with the high-end Art series, Sigma has also discounted a handful of the company’s more affordable optics.
