Amazon Prime members can now relive the hilarious, dramatic, lovestruck, and fashion-filled antics of Sex and the City, as all six seasons of the popular HBO series are now available for streaming through Amazon’s Instant Video platform, reports Deadline.

The show, which ran from 1998 through to 2004, followed lead character Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) through her adventures as a single sex columnist in New York City with a serious penchant for high fashion. At her side through a bevy of boyfriends, romances, and one-night stands were her three BFFs: publicist Samantha (Kim Cattrall), art gallery worker Charlotte (Kristin Davis), and lawyer Miranda (Cynthia Nixon). All four gals were, of course, single through most of the series, sharing their woes about the single life in NYC over coffee, dinner, and lots of drinks.

Aside from the starring actors, the iconic show was known for its lengthy list of guest actors composed mostly of men in recurring roles. These included names like Chris Noth (The Good Wife) as “Mr. Big,” John Corbett (Parenthood), dancer and choreographer Mikhail Baryshnikov, James Remar (Dexter), Jason Lewis (Textuality), Kyle MacLachlan (Desperate Housewives), Evan Handler (Californication), and The Office’s Ron Livingston, who forever became known to fans of the series as the guy who broke up with Carrie on a post-it note.

The show’s popularity led to two spin-off movies, released in 2008 and 2010, and a prequel series on The CW called The Carrie Diaries, starring AnnaSophia Robb as a young, impressionable Carrie as she makes her big move to the Big Apple.

Through its run, Sex and the City received 54 Emmy nominations (seven of which it won), 24 Golden Globe nominations (eight won), and 11 Screen Actors Guild Award nominations. It was based on the book of the same name, written by Candace Bushnell.

As with other Amazon streaming shows, subscribers can watch on TV, computer, or mobile device, or download the hour-long episodes for offline viewing with no commercials included.
