Back in August, Disney CEO Bob Iger described the future Star Wars worlds thusly: “We are creating a jaw-dropping new world that represents our largest single-themed land expansion ever.” Iger also teased two big attractions, one that would drop park-goers into “a climactic battle between the First Order and the Resistance” and another that would allow fans to pilot the Millennium Falcon “on a customized secret mission.”
Here’s hoping that Ford gives us a closer look at the latter during this spot, and for those anxiously awaiting the completion of the Star Wars-themed stretches of Disneyland and Disney World, this should be a fun little sneak peak into their development.
Once they’re up and running, you can bet they’ll be a hot commodity and — while the franchise isn’t exactly hurting for sources of revenue — these parks could create yet another cash cow to add to Disney and Lucasfilm’s ever-expanding herd.

The Wonderful World of Disney: Disneyland 60 will be hosted by Dancing with the Stars winner Derek Hough, and will include Elton John, Josh Gad, and Hough’s DWTS co-star Witney Carson. Hough and Carson will perform a Disney-themed dance routine, while John will debut a new song called Wonderful Crazy Night and will also perform Circle of Life from The Lion King.
