If you can find yourself a GTX 1070 in stock somewhere, it’s probably a good idea to throw some money at it, because getting one anywhere is becoming highly difficult. Granted there are a few scalpers looking to rip people off as they hunt out the new must-have, mid-range card, but for the most part there are almost none available anywhere.

This might seem strange considering how many retailers are out there that ship high-end computer components, but we really did our best to find some today and we just can’t seem to spot many at all.

Newegg has a single listing for the Founders Edition of the GTX 1070, but it’s sold out. BHPhotoVideo has a few options for Asus, EVGA, and the MSI Founders Editions, but none of them are in stock either.

And while you might expect Amazon to at least have something, other than one smart aleck trying to shift one at the exorbitant rate of $1,300 (retail price $450), there’s simply nothing there. You’re encouraged to take a look at the GTX 1080 or GTX 970 instead. Both of these are great cards in their own right, but neither offers the price/performance ratio of a GTX 1070.

Even Nvidia’s own store has run dry.

There do appear to be a few GTX 1070s with system sellers though. BestBuy has a number of CyberPowerPC systems which come with GTX 1070s inside. Likewise Origin PC has the 1070 listed as part of its configurator, so it must have a few in stock for those who want one. The same can be said for iBuyPower.

If you are really desperate to buy yourself a GTX 1070 by itself though, you can find them on Ebay, but much like the aforementioned Amazon listing, the prices are very unfair. They aren’t quite over $1,000 but we still wouldn’t recommend it. If you have that sort of money to burn, just grab a GTX 1080 instead.

Performance
The GTX 1660 Ti is an intriguing addition to Nvidia's graphics card lineup because it's built on the same Turing architecture as the RTX 2060. In many ways, it has much more in common with the last-generation GTX 1060 that it (sort of) takes its name from. Not only does it sport the GTX moniker, but it lacks the RT and Tensor cores for ray tracing and deep learning super sampling, which are hallmarks of the current RTX 20 Series generation.

Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 1650 Super is set to launch on November 22

Nvidia RTX 2060 Super and RTX 2070 Super review

Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 1650 series will receive a new addition to its lineup. According to a new press release, the Nvidia will soon release a new card known as the GeForce GTX 1650 Super. Unlike the GTX 1660 Super, which is now available, the 1650 Super has been given a much later release date: November 22.

Nvidia says the new card will "deliver up to 2X the performance of the prior generation GTX 10-series GPUs and up to 50 percent more performance over the original GTX 16-series."
