How to watch Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event

Following the launch of the flagship Galaxy S21 series earlier this year, Samsung held another Galaxy Unpacked unveiling today, April 28. Like most recent tech and media events, Samsung’s April 28 Unpacked took place virtually, rather than in-person, giving Galaxy fans an opportunity to livestream the presentation and watch the company unveil its “most powerful Galaxy” to date.

As expected, Samsung announced two new highly-rumored laptops, the Galaxy Book Pro and Galaxy Book Pro 360. They are ultra-thin laptops — one a clamshell and one a 2-in-1 convertible. They both come in a completely redesigned chassis and sport new AMOLED screens in all configurations, including the $999 13-inch model. That just might make it the cheapest OLED laptops ever sold.

The Galaxy Book Pro and Galaxy Book Pro 360 both come powered by Intel 11th-gen processors, and will be available for purchase starting on May 14.

Samsung also had a bit of a surprise up its sleeve in the form of a slim new gaming laptop, the Galaxy Book Odyssey. The 15.6-inch gaming laptop comes with a previously unannounced Nvidia RTX 3050 Max-Q or 3050 Ti graphics card. Nvidia rarely lets other companies announce new GPUs, so this one came as quite a surprise.

The Galaxy Book Odyssey will start at $1,400 and will be available in August.

In fact — and get ready for a lot of numbers — the iPhone has seen almost a 5% drop in value year-over-year since the iPhone 12 was released — and the iPhone 16 is losing value 8% faster than the iPhone 15 and has lost an average of 41.2% of its value in the first two weeks since release. That's a much greater loss than the iPhone 14 and 15 models, at 33% and 33.2%, respectively.

Samsung adds free 45-minute workouts to its TVs in partnership with F45

If you don't have room for a Peloton, Mirror or Hydrow, Samsung is hoping that the TV in your living room might just be the workout gear you didn't know you already owned. On Wednesday, the Korean company announced that it is partnering with fitness community F45 to bring workouts to its 2024 TVs as part of its Samsung Daily+ content hub.

The partnership is launching with free access to a series of cardio, strength, hybrid and recovery workouts. Over the next several months, it will add to its offerings.

Here’s a closer look at the Samsung Galaxy S25’s new displays

The Samsung Galaxy S25 has been on our radar for quite a while now, especially with a potential new design, AI functionality, and a whole slew of other awesome features. Its display has been a special topic of conversation with leaker Ice Universe's info drops, and now we have even more solid news: The tipster posted pictures of the actual displays online.

Ice Universe's picture shows the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra laid out side-by-side. The image confirms the theorized thinner bezels and the Ultra's rounded corners. It's not easy to gauge size based on a picture, but it's evident that the S25 Ultra is larger than the other two models. That said, Ice Universe previously suggested the display would be roughly 6.9 inches along the diagonal. This most recent shot lends credence to that.
