Taking advantage of Intel’s upcoming Haswell processors, due to launch next week, HP refreshed its lineup of PCs, desktops, and all-in-ones to make them thinner, lighter, and faster. Though school isn’t out just yet for most kids, the company unveiled its back-to-school lineup with a ton of new all-in-one PCs and laptops. The awesomeness? They all feature touchscreens, making the Windows 8 experience easier to navigate. While the highlight of the day is the unique Rove 20, HP’s new computers are no slouches, with high-quality IPS displays and reasonable price tags. To round out the computing package, the company also released two new wireless printers today. So, let’s see what HP has in store for us.

Pavilion TouchSmart All-in-One PC

First up are two all-in-one PCs: the HP Pavilion 23 TouchSmart All-in-One PC, and the HP Pavilion 20 TouchSmart All-in-One PC. As you may have deduced from the lengthy monikers, there is a 23-inch display model and a 20-inch display model. The 23-inch variation features a full HD IPS panel display with a wide angle viewing range. HP is keeping mum on the exact specs of these two machines, but we do know the Pavilion 23 TouchSmart All-in-One will start at $749 while the Pavilion 20 TouchSmart will start at $619. There’s a short wait before you can touch them yourself, though: the 23-inch model will be available on June 5, but you’ll have to wait until June 26 to get your paws on the 20-inch one.

Pavilion 11 TouchSmart Notebook

Looking for something more portable? Don’t worry, HP didn’t forget about you. The successor to HP’s 11-inch dm1, which we loved so much when we reviewed it in December 2011, the HP Pavilion 11 TouchSmart notebook features an 11.6-inch 1366 x 768 10-finger capacitive display, an AMD processor (A4 or A6), and claims the title of HP’s most affordable touch laptop at $399. That’s an incredible price for a touchscreen laptop and we hope its performance is as reasonable as its price. The Pavilion 11 will be available on June 26 with starting prices of $399. We’re really surprised to see touch as a standard feature for this price.

Replacing the current dv6 TouchSmart 15 Ultrabook, the Envy TouchSmart 15 features a 15.6-inch, 1080p display with a flush glass touchscreen. HP’s touting this model as a good option for a basic entertainment system thanks to its four, count ’em four, speakers and a dual-drive subwoofer, as well as Beats Audio. The Envy TouchSmart 15 also offers a combo of AMD and Intel processors and will be available on June 5 starting at $529.

HP’s updating its dv7 with the 17.3-inch Envy 17. It’s 1920 x 1080, full HD display is just the beginning. The Envy 17 also offers Haswell processors and Nvidia graphics, up to 2TB of hard drive storage, and, like with the Envy TouchSmart 15, it’ll feature Beats Audio, four speakers, and a dual-drive subwoofer.

HP Pavilion 15 Notebook

If you’re looking for a budget laptop, HP’s Pavilion 15 is a good place to start. This is your everyday computing laptop. It includes a numeric keyboard, a 15.6-inch HD display, and a slew of ports. This is the type of laptop perfect for those who still need an optical drive and a VGA port. With up to 1TB of hard disk drive memory, the Pavilion 15 is available with AMD or Intel processors and come in a variety of colors, including sparkling black and regal purple, among others. The Pavilion 15 will be available June 5 with a starting price of $429.

Envy e-All-in-One printers

Check out review of the HP Envy 4500 printer.

Of course, all this touch computing is great, but what happens if you actually want to use an old-fashioned piece of paper or print out a photo for Aunt Ethel? Fear not, HP hasn’t forgotten about printers. There are two new wireless printers, the Envy 4500 e-All-in-One and the Envy 5530 e-All-in-One. Both offer HP Direct and HP ePrint which give users the options of printing from almost anywhere. If that’s not convenient enough, the printers are also enabled with AirPrint for printing items from iPhone, iPads, and iPods. The Envy 4500’s available on June 17 with a $99 price tag, but you’ll have to wait till July 1 for the $129 ENVY 5530.

The company has also stuck a deal with Box.net that gives HP Envy and Spectre users 50GB free and HP Pavilion users 25GB free. While it’s a $20 or $30 value (depending on the amount of storage), it’s nice to see a manufacturer use a cloud storage solution that’s already established instead of using an HP-branded storage service. Quite frankly, there are so many cloud storage solutions these days, it’s hard to remember which files are stored in which cloud.

We’re looking forward to getting all of these new products in for review, so stay tuned.
