Check out our review of the Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S convertible hybrid.

Lenovo unveiled its newest convertible hybrid during this year’s Consumer Electronic Show, and began taking pre-orders for the product on May 16. It’s been a long, anxious wait for most, but according to CNET, fans of the Yoga 11S can now finally get their hands on the flexible laptop/tablet combo. Today, Lenovo began shipping pre-orders with packages arriving around June 27, according to the Lenovo online store. Anyone who didn’t pre-order the Yoga 11S can grab it right now from the company’s website or from store shelves at retail outlets like Best Buy.

The Yoga is aptly named for its ability to “contort itself” into different shapes. No, it’s not capable of doing an exact Downward Dog pose, but it has the ability to function as both a laptop and a tablet. Thanks to its nifty hinge, users will be able to fold the screen back behind the base and keyboard to put the device into tablet mode, or can even create a “tent” with the product for easy viewing of movies and television streaming. This Yoga 11S is a major contender in a growing trend of convertible devices, and has competition from fresh brands like the Dell XPS 11 and the Samsung Ativ Q.

The Lenovo Yoga 11S is a semi-configurable device, allowing you to customize your hybrid before it ships. The 11S can be outfitted with a third generation Intel Core i7, i5, or i3 processor. System memory options are 4GB or 8GB, and storage is available either in a 128 SSD or a 256 SSD. Every available option comes packed with Intel HD 4000 driven graphics and a copy of Windows 8. The Lenovo Yoga 11S starts at a price point of $750 for the basic model and travels all the way up to $1,300 depending on the configuration.
