All new Max Payne 3 Screenshots

{Warning: The following screenshots may not be suitable for all ages}

In the upcoming Max Payne 3 you take on the role of titular character Max Payne as he embarks on a brand new chapter in his life. Now working in the private sector, providing security for a wealthy family, Max finds himself double-crossed and in danger. With no options left but to search for the truth, Max must unravel the mystery and bring those that betrayed him to justice.

Many changes have been made in Max Payne 3. Max is no longer a cop, much of the setting moves to South America, and on the development side, this will be the first game in the series not to be developed by Finnish game developer Remedy Entertainment or to be written by series creator Sam Lake.

How will Max Payne 3 turn out after switching developers and suffering delays? Time will tell, but until then check out these brand new screenshots of the game and read our Max Payne 3 preview for more info on the game.

Max Payne 3 is set to be release sometime in March of 2012 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

All DeathMan card locations in No More Heroes 3
DeathMan Card Collection.

There's way more to do in Santa Destroy and the surrounding areas in No More Heroes 3 than in previous games. Aside from the main objective of stopping FU and the so-called galactic superheroes from taking over the world, Travis has plenty of ways to volunteer his time to help his friends, while getting some rewards for himself in the process, of course. Bishop is another returning character from previous entries, and has a very important task he needs you to take on for him. The very culture of Santa Destroy depends on it.

DeathMan Cards are a set of collectible cards, each with its own little character printed on them. While they are clearly a parody of certain other collectible cards, thankfully there are only 21 total DeathMan Cards in a complete set. Bishop wants them all, and will pay out with Uc, WESN, materials, and other goodies for each one you turn in, plus a bonus for when you've collected the entire set. Finding every DeathMan Card isn't as hard as it would be in real life, but they're still challenging to track down. Here's where to find them all in No More Heroes 3.

All scorpion locations in No More Heroes 3
Travis holds up a glowing scorpion.

Travis Touchdown is an otaku through and through. From his anime posters and use of the word "moe" to his love of sushi, No More Heroes 3 makes no attempt to hide the fact that Japanese culture is at the heart of the experience. At the same time, logic isn't something the series necessarily sticks to very strictly. Even the basic premise of the game is beyond the realms of possibility, but side quests also ride the line of realism in service of making a fun game. Justifying the reason Travis would go around collecting live scorpions, for example, doesn't need a deep motivating factor.

Bugjirou, the owner of the ramen stand in Santa Destroy in No More Heroes 3, makes Travis' favorite ramen. However, he can make what he describes as the ultimate bowl of ramen with some special ingredients. If Travis can track down all 20 scorpions, he can use them to make the Scorpion Death Ramen. There's no way Travis can resist an offer like that, so we've scoured all of Santa Destroy and beyond to locate all 20 hidden scorpions in No More Heroes 3.
