The last few years have seen a revival of the old-school, top-down RPG, thanks in large part to a series of successful Kickstarter campaigns. Divinity: Original Sin which has its roots in one of those campaigns, was released on the PC last year to widespread acclaim. Now a new edition of the game is coming to consoles as well.

Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition is coming to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, as well as the PC, Mac, Linux, and SteamOS platforms, developer Larian Studios announced in a forum post today. And in a move not often seen these days, the Enhanced Edition will be free for anyone who already owns the game on existing platforms.

In addition to the requisite visual tweaks and upgrades, the new version of the game will add fully voiced characters, split-screen co-op, and a “totally re-worked story (with a brand new ending).” Controller support will also be added to the PC, Mac, Linux, and SteamOS versions of the game.

“Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition is a completely separate game: not an update to Divinity: Original Sin. Both games will remain available on PC and Mac, and it is important to note that they are totally different entities,” Larian writes. “This means that saved games can’t be transferred from Divinity: Original Sin to the Enhanced Edition. This is largely because of the technical changes we’ve made to how the game looks and feels, but the story has also been rewritten so heavily that most saved games would no longer be compatible with the plot.”

No release date has been announced aside from “when it’s ready,” but Larian Studios plans to reveal more details about the game at E3 2015 in June. Focus Home Interactive will be publishing the console versions of the game, while the other versions will continue to be published by Larian.

How to unlock the Serpent's Head
The Serpent's Head can be seen locked inside a display case upon first entering the dining hall through the door next to the chimera statue. You'll need to solve a puzzle to get it open, so head to the back of the hall and take a look at the two massive pictures on the wall there.

Each picture corresponds with a spot where either Leon or Ashley should sit. Leon needs to sit where the king is seated in the picture on the right, while Ashley needs to sit where the queen is seated in the picture on the left. If you'd like to figure the rest out for yourself, just take notes about the locations of the silverware, what types of food are plated, and so on to see what you can figure out. Where to Get the Red9
The Red9 can first be obtained near the beginning of Chapter 4. After a short trek, you'll gain access to another boat, which you can then use to navigate the lake and its surrounding waterways. When you're ready to get the Red9, set out toward the center of the lake to find a decrepit ship.

When you arrive at the decrepit ship, hop dock on the side and board it. There's a chest directly in front of you after you board, but it's not the one you're looking for. Grab what's inside and then walk out and veer to the left. The chest here contains the Red9.
