Fortnite challenge guide: Deliver a truck to Sunflower’s Farm

The third and final farm-related challenge for Fortnite season 5, week 8 sends you to a location called Sunflower’s Farm. Specifically, you must deliver a truck to this area, which is easier said than done. In order to start this challenge, you need to complete stages 1 and 2 first — for destroying tomato produce boxes at The Orchard Farmers Market and for driving a car through the cornfield by Steel Farm, respectively.

Once you do, you can start stage 3 of this set. The biggest hurdle with this challenge is finding a truck. You cannot complete it with a car or other vehicle — it has to be a truck. And sadly, there are no fixed locations that always feature trucks nearby, so you’ll have to search for one beforehand. In this guide, we’ll show you how to complete the challenge. Here’s how to deliver a truck to Sunflower’s Farm in Fortnite.

Step one is to get your hands on a truck. Keep in mind, pickup trucks or semi-trucks count — as long as its a truck, it’ll work. We advise landing somewhere in the vicinity of Sunflower’s Farm, which is found right by The Orchard Farmers Market, north of Colossal Coliseum. There are a few areas that feature trucks nearby. One is at the bridge area to the east of Colossal Coliseum. You can also find one to the northeast of that on the road.

We had luck finding a pickup truck at Steel Farm, which is found directly southeast of The Orchard Farmers Market (pictured above) across the river. There are also semi-trucks all around this area on the roads leading to Steamy Stacks to the east. If you’re having trouble, keep retrying until one spawns. For us, we were able to find a truck on our first try, but your mileage may vary.

After you’ve found the truck, drive to the farm area north of The Orchard Farmers Market. It’s a large fenced area with a barn and lots of trees. Make your way over there before the storm sweeps you up, and you’ll be in good shape.

Pretty much as soon as you arrive at Sunflower’s Farm, the challenge will complete for you. This means you don’t have to pull up to a specific building or anything like that. Just get to this general location and you’ll gain credit for completing the challenge, along with 20,000 XP. This is definitely the hardest of the three new farm challenges this week, simply because finding a truck is not guaranteed. The nice thing is that there are many possible truck spawn locations all around Sunflower’s Farm, so with a little luck and patience, you should be able to track one down in no time.

Fortnite is back on mobile, but there are a few catches
The Epic Games Store app on two phones. You can see Fortnite and Fall Guys ready for download.

Fortnite is one step closer to being fully back on mobile devices. Epic Games revealed Friday that its store app is now available on Android devices and on iOS in the EU.

This isn't the full Epic Games Store, but it's launching with Fall Guys for mobile, Rocket League Sideswipe, and, of course, Fortnite, with more apps to come. The storefront is also now on third-party mobile stores like AltStore PAL, and there are plans to bring it to others in the future.

Fortnite is cutting down on item FOMO with new store change
The TMNT Fortnite skins. We have all four turtles in fighting poses in front of a purple background.

Fortnite practically runs on FOMO (fear of missing out). if you don't get the item you want in a battle pass, you'll most likely never get the chance again. So if you wanted to run around as Goku and missed when the excellent skin was available? Tough luck.

But that policy is changing soon. Developer Epic Games announced in a blog post that items could be made available in the Shop 18 months after their respective battle passes expired at the least. That includes alt styles, which might also come to the Shop, along with licensed outfits you may have missed out on. This also applies to items that may have been unlocked after a battle pass launch.
