Rockstar Games has released a new batch of high-resolution screenshots for the upcoming Windows PC port of Grand Theft Auto V, set to release on April 14.
Optimized for all the latest PC hardware, the sky is the limit for the visuals in this edition of the game. These new images show off the game’s new compatibility with 4K monitors. Take note of the details: the city lights reflected on the glossy black of a car’s hood; the white, churning wake behind a speedboat; beams of soft, fog-filtered light slipping through trees in the forest. GTA V has always been a pretty game in all of its versions, but this edition promises to look definitively the best.
Along with GTA V comes its associated online version, GTA Online, including the long-anticipated cooperative heists that finally made their way to the game’s console versions in March.
