It looks like GTA 5 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One has a first-person mode

Grand Theft Auto
The upcoming re-release of Grand Theft Auto 5 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One might feature a first-person gameplay mode. The information comes from an incomplete and subsequently removed support page on the Rockstar Games website that an enterprising Redditor salvaged via Google Cache.

The feature was listed as part of a larger answer to the question of what new features could be expected in the upcoming versions. The first-person mode would apply both while on foot and in vehicles, showing the car interiors with “working speedometers, tachometers, dash lights, and more,” according to the now-removed page.

In addition, the answer promised the expected graphical overhauls and a wealth of new content like easter eggs, random events, and more animals. Players will be able to transfer characters over from the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 version, and will be rewarded with new weapons and a free garage in GTA Online.

Rockstar has not yet confirmed or denied the leak, and it’s not likely to prior to any more official infodumps on the coming re-release. Grand Theft Auto 5 returns with a new coat of polish on November 18, 2014 for PS4 and Xbox One, and on January 27, 2015 for PC.

The fastest cars in GTA 5

Half the fun of Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online is cruising around Los Santos in lightning-fast supercars. There's no shortage of incredible vehicles available to players, but trying to figure out which is the fastest isn't as straightforward as you'd think. Some might dominate in a drag race, yet end up in a ditch if you put them on a winding track. Others might excel around hairpin turns, but lack in overall horsepower. The following list is based strictly on each car's top speed, as trying to rate other traits -- such as handling and cornering abilities -- is highly subjective and up to personal preference. While we eagerly await a new fleet of cars to steal and race in Grand Theft Auto 6, here are the 10 fastest cars in Grand Theft Auto V.

A gamer sits in front of the Evnia Philips gaming monitor.

This content was produced in partnership with GameStop.
The Cyber Monday deals are pouring in and they're some of the best we've seen in a long while, especially if you're into gaming. Why? Mainly because GameStop is hosting some crazy deals right now, particularly on Xbox One and PS4 games. You see, if you buy two games you'll get one free, and it's for any preowned titles from those two consoles. We're talking about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Madden NFL 23, Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Horizon Forbidden West, Elden Ring, and we could go on all day but you get the point. Shop the sale below, or keep reading to see some of our top picks.

Typically, with buy-two-get-one sales like this, you see a lot of older titles and the selection is pretty limited. That's not the case with  the GameStop Cyber Monday sale. All preowned Xbox One and PS4 titles are fair game, including even some of the newer releases. There's nothing special needed to take advantage of the deal either, just add all three games to your cart and the discount will automatically apply at checkout.
