How to unlock The Flash skin in Fortnite

Over the course of Fortnite‘s history, we’ve gotten numerous licensed characters across many different franchises, including the Ghostbusters, Deadpool, Kratos from God of War, Master Chief from Halo, and more. Recently, the Barry Allen version of The Flash was added to Fortnite, along with lots of different cosmetics to acquire. However, it might not be entirely clear how to get your hands on the new gear.

In this guide, we’ll show you everything you’ll need to know about The Flash in Fortnite, including how to get the latest set of cosmetics and items.

How to get The Flash skin in Fortnite

The main thing you need to know about The Flash items is that you must buy them in-game using V-bucks. That’s right, there isn’t a way to unlock them otherwise, so hopefully, you’ve got enough currency to purchase them. When you boot into the Item Shop on February 26, 2021, you’ll see a slew of The Flash items that can be purchased, so take a look! As is the case with most Fortnite skins, these will only be available for a limited time, so you’ll need to act fast.

You can earn V-bucks by leveling up your Battle Pass. Every few levels, you’ll get 100 V-bucks at no additional cost, so you might have some lying around already. If you’re out of V-bucks, you can purchase them using real money. As always, 1,000 V-bucks equals around $8. Head to the V-bucks tab from the main menu to see the various bundles you can buy, including the following:

  • 1,000 V-bucks — $8
  • 2,800 V-bucks — $20
  • 5,000 V-bucks — $32
  • 13,500 V-bucks — $80

The Flash Bundle — 2,200 V-bucks

  • The Flash: Outfit
  • Speed Force: Back Bling
  • Speed Force Slashers: Harvesting Tool
  • Quick Bite: Emote
  • My Name is Barry Allen: Loading Screen

This is the all-encompassing bundle, featuring all five Flash items, including the outfit, a Back Bling, and other cosmetics.

The Flash — 1,500 V-bucks

  • The Flash: Outfit
  • Speed Force: Back Bling

Though, if you’re only looking for the outfit itself, this will be the most affordable option. It also includes a Back Bling.

Quick Bite — 400 V-bucks

  • Quick Bite: Emote

You can also get just the Quick Bite emote.

Speed Force Slashers — 1,200 V-bucks

  • Speed Force Slashers: Harvesting Tool

Or if you only want the Harvesting Tool, you can grab that individually, as well.

It’s unclear if these cosmetics will make their return after they leave the store today. Typically, with Fortnite cosmetics, items are gone for good when they leave the store, though there are a few exceptions to this rule. To be safe, we recommend jumping in to grab these items today if you’re interested.

Soldiers on a boat sailing toward an island.

Most of the time in BattleBit Remastered, you'll probably be more focused on just trying to survive than anything else. This massive first-person shooter takes all the best elements of the Battlefield franchise, such as the giant, destructible maps, class system, and a strong emphasis on teamwork within squads.

These points are shared among your entire squad, and building them up is a great way to turn the tides of battle. That is, if you know how to use them. Here's everything you need to know about Squad Points in BattleBit Remastered.

Now that Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 Season 4 has been out for a little while, we've got a better sense of the game's weapon meta. There are some clear winners that carry over from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, but there are other top-tier weapons that might surprise you in battle royale. Of course, the weapon meta constantly shifts as Activision updates the way firearms perform, so we'll make sure to keep this up to date with each new patch.

These are the best Warzone 2.0 weapons for Season 4, categorized by weapon type. Keep in mind, some categories will be skipped, as they don't have any viable -- let alone meta -- options at the moment.
