Outlaw Audio last week unveiled a new stereo receiver which the company has designed in a retro style. The RR 2150 is available now for $599. The RR 2150, said Outlaw, combines analog audio performance with accommodations for modern speaker systems and sources. It is reportedly the firstand only stereo receiver which includes built-in analog bass management for use with modern subwoofer and satellite speaker systems with a selectable crossover point of 60, 80 or 100 Hz. Features on the RR 2150 include three line-level analog stereo inputs, tape loop input, phono input, pre-out and main in, USB input and a front panel mini-jack input. “The RR 2150 has been areal labor of love for the Outlaws,” said a spokesman. “Together, the team working on this has nearly a century of product development between them and over two hundred two-channel products undertheir belt. All agree that this is the product they always wish they’d made.”
