The new Vision Model 25 and Model 45 feature single-chip DLP engines, and offer custom installers expanded flexibility in installing a quality home theater system.
The Model 45 (also available in an extended throw lens option, Model 45ET) features 720p high definition performance, light output of 1000 ANSI lumens and a contrast ratio of 1700:1, while the Model25 (and extended throw 25ET) delivers widescreen performance, 900 ANSI lumens of light output and a 1600:1 contrast ratio, making either projector a choice for home theaters with widescreenrequirements up to 96 inches diagonal. Both units are delivered in Italian inspired styling and finished to blend with most décors.
The new models include internal video processing with 3:2 film detection circuitry and HDTV compatibility (with an outboard tuner/decoder or satellite receiver) as well as Vidikron’s IntelliWidemultiple aspect ratio control, providing the ability to view standard video formats in widescreen modes without significant loss of image quality. Advanced digital correction and discrete IR orRS-232 control facilitate custom installations, while direct source and aspect ratio selection modes accommodate advanced automation control systems.
The Vision Model 45 offers a variable throw distance of 1.38 to 1.63, while the extended throw edition (Model 45ET) provides a longer variable throw distance of 1.83 to 2.40. The Vision Model 25offers a variable throw distance of 1.71 to 2.06, while the Model 25ET provides a longer variable throw distance of 2.31 to 3.06. All models ship with professional grade lenses and feature the ‘Cat’sEye’ optical system, which enhances contrast and optimizes black level performance. In addition, a unique 9-point white balance system accounts for gray scale tracking, producing qualityimages.
