ZVOX 325 Puts Surround Sound in a Box

ZVOX Audio has added its new Model 325 single-cabinet surround sound system to its well-reviewed product line of deliberately straightforward audio systems, featuring high-performance speakers, powered subwoofer, an integrated amplifier, and PhaseCue virtual surround technology. And here’s the kicker: it’s all in a box that’s only 17 inches wide, 16 inches deep, 5 inches tall.

While image fidelity is key when it comes to crafting the perfect at-home cinema experience, audio is just as crucial — if not more so. When watching movies or TV shows -- especially those with 5.1 or 7.1 soundtracks -- a good sound system places you in the middle of the action, with audio that appears to come from the screen, the sides of the room, and even behind you.
