The partnership will also offer customers optional service plans, which can include such features as 24/7 professional monitoring with emergency response, always-on cellular connection, 30-day video storage, online and phone support, in-home service, and equipment protection.

Best Buy has certainly seen plenty of demand for smart home solutions, as the company sold more than 55 million connected devices last year. And thanks to Vivint’s expertise in the connected space (with products in more than one million customers’ homes), this certainly seems like a partnership that will make your home safer and more convenient. Vivint has also partnered with companies like Sprint to sell Vivint products in brick and mortar stores.
