Qlocktwo clock tells time with words, not numbers

This handcrafted clock designed by Biergert & Funk of Germany tells time in an unconventional way that is both surprising and clever. Instead of your typical Roman numerals (so blasé right?), the Qlocktwo tells time in words, with a unique square design and puzzle-like scramble of words to describe the hour. The clock is made of acrylic glass with polished edges, LEDs, and a wood body with four layers of lack. The clock automatically converts to daylight-savings time, and includes a light sensor to adjust for ambient light, as well as a manual brightness control. The Qlocktwo comes in a variety of bright colors (as well as white and black), tells time in a plethora of languages, and comes with a hefty price tag of about $1,600.

There’s also the standard keypad for entering a passcode, along with a fingerprint sensor that can store several dozen fingerprints (so your whole family can enter the home without worrying about forgetting their password or smartphone).
