Redstone Hall – ElePhant
Los-Angeles-based band Redstone Hall makes a lasting impression with their modern rock debut EP ElePhant, which highlights the band’s eclectic, retro style and penchant for melody. They’ve got soul, pop-sensibility, and rock ‘n’ roll spirit to spare. Look out for highlights “Rain” and “Get Back Jack.”
For fans of: Carney, The Black Keys, Cold War Kid
Marnie Stern – Marnie Stern
Stern is the ultimate rocker girl, plain and simple. She is known for her skills on guitar, finger-tapping style, and post-punk sound. This album is not for the faint of heart or relaxation, just so you know.
For fans of: Polvo, PRE, Chavez
KT Tunstall – Tiger Suit
Scottish rock-pop songstress KT Tunstall brings catchy hooks and fun energy to her third album, Tiger Suit. Written about a recurring dream the singer has had since childhood, the songs are mostly radio-friendly and pop-chorus driven, with some extra electronic beats added to her acoustic guitar sound.
