Best Google Pixel Deals: Pixel 7, Pixel 6, and Pixel Buds A-Series

Google’s Pixel brand covers not just smartphones, but also wireless earbuds and smartwatches. The software giant’s entry into the hardware market has been a success, and if you’re a fan of the Android operating system, you should definitely check out the Google Pixel deals that we’ve rounded up here. There are some pretty slick discounts on this list of Google Pixel devices, but you’ll have to hurry up with your purchases because their prices may return to normal sooner than you expect.

Google Pixel 6a  — $330, was $349

Why Buy:

The relatively affordable Google Pixel 6a gets even cheaper, and it’s an absolute steal at this price. The mid-tier smartphone offers flagship-grade performance with the Google Tensor chipset that’s also found in the Google Pixel 6 (see below) and 6GB of RAM, inside a compact and lightweight design. The device features a 6.1-inch OLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate, and an additional layer of security with the Titan M2 chip that makes it more resilient to all kinds of attacks. For photography enthusiasts and selfie lovers, the Google Pixel 6a is equipped with a 12.2MP camera with optical image stabilization and a 12MP ultrawide camera at the back, and an 8MP camera at the front.

Google Pixel 6 — $400, was $600

Why Buy:

• Wireless charging option

The Google Pixel 6 is a lighter version of the Google Pixel 6 Pro that sheds a few of the most premium qualities of the Pro but, by and large, keeps a fantastic camera. Our Google Pixel 6 review emphasized how important it is to not overlook this phone in comparison to the ‘Pro’ version. The hardware is still fantastic, with the screen pumping out a 90Hz refresh rate at 1080p. In form factor, it has a nice grip and fits comfortably in the hand. It’s no doubt, though, that where most people will find the most value in the Pixel 6 is its camera. It has the same main 50 MP camera and 12MP wide-angle camera as the Pixel 6 Pro, but uses 7x digital zoom instead of physical.

Google Pixel 7a — $469, was $499

Why Buy:

• Compact size
• Better than expected camera
• Fast, responsive usage

The Google Pixel 7a is the lighter version of the Google Pixel 7 (scroll down) but does a good job in its own right in many areas. For example, though it has smaller sensors, the Google Pixel 7a actually has a technically better camera (64MP main and 13MP ultrawide) than the Google Pixel 7 or Pixel 7 Pro. You’ll also probably enjoy its compact, easy to hold size. Otherwise in the land of technical specs, it has 8GB of  RAM and a 6.1-inch 1080p screen, pulling a 90Hz adaptive refresh rate. Note that, as our Google Pixel 7a review reminds us, this 90Hz adaptive is turned off by default. When in use, though, it makes the Pixel 7a quite responsive and fast, but will pull quite a lot of battery power. To paraphrase our reviewer’s sentiments, at the time of release, the 7a can make the Pixel 7 seem more tempting due to being just a small bit more money. That still stands today, with what deals are going on. But, if you’re looking for a high megapixel cam with a low cost, the Google Pixel 7a can still be for you.

Google Pixel 7a + Pixel Buds A-Series — $499, was $$598

So this might be the kicker that gets you to go for the Google Pixel 7a. It’s the Pixel 7a, shown in the deal above, but with the addition of a pair of Pixel Buds A-Series on top of it for just $30 more. On their own, the are running for $99, so a great way to think about this deal is you’re getting an on sale phone (with an above-average camera) plus a pair of earbuds suited for them for $70 off. Google Pixel 7 — $505, was $599

The Google Pixel 7 is the latest iteration of Google’s Pixel smartphones, and it doesn’t hold back on providing powerful performance and helpful features. It’s equipped with the Google Tensor G2 chipset and 8GB of RAM for a boost in speed and efficiency, the Titan M2 security chip that will help keep your personal information safe, and a 6.3-inch AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 2400 x 1080 resolution. The smartphone’s Adaptive Battery can make it last more than 24 hours without requiring a recharge, and if you turn on the Extreme Battery Saver mode, it can run for up to 72 hours. There are two cameras on the back of the Google Pixel 7 — a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization and laser autofocus, and a 12MP wide-angle camera — and at the front, there’s a 10.8MP selfie camera.
