On June 16, Verizon will turn on 4G coverage a a number of new 4G LTE markets, adding a number of smaller cities and metropolitan areas in the Midwest and California. In a series of press releases, the wireless carrier has announced coverage for more than 30 areas. We’ve gathered the press releases and organized the cities by state below. Verizon launched its LTE network in 39 cities last year, but has added new areas with a plan to have 175 areas covered by the end of the year. The company hopes to cover most of the country by 2013.
