Does Britney Spears actually sing in 'Carpool Karaoke'?

Britney Spears Carpool Karaoke
Pop megastar Britney Spears is the latest to sit in the passenger seat for another edition of James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke. And yes, she does actually sing.

Admittedly, while there’s more of Corden singing than there is of Spears, the notorious lip-syncer did quietly sing along to a few of her biggest hits, from … Baby One More Time, to Oops! … I Did it Again, Womanizer, and Toxic. Love her or hate her, we’ll bet you know almost every word to every song, and will find it hard not to at least hum along as you watch.

Already with more than half a million views since the video was posted late yesterday, the pop star and talk show host discuss everything from popular aliases Spears uses when checking in to hotels — while she prefers names like Anita Dick, Corden suggests something a bit bolder, like Britney Bitch — to her kids and how they feel about mom gyrating on stage in her underwear. Spears is well into her four-year residency in Las Vegas, where she performs her show Britney: Piece of Me at The AXIS in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

Looking past the fact that Corden does most of the singing, that Spears even flubs the lyrics to one of her own songs, and yes, she did actually say “supposably,” the segment is thoroughly entertaining. Spears does her best to show off her dance moves while seated, and Corden even brings back those signature pigtails and schoolgirl outfit from the music video that first made the artist famous.

Spears has sold more than 100 million records throughout her career, and is one of few female artists to have a number-one single and number-one studio album in three different decades. She was just able to edge into that category, having released her first album, … Baby One More Time, in 1999.

Netflix's deals with Sony Pictures Animation, DreamWorks Animation, and Universal Pictures have given it a powerhouse library of animated films. And that's before we even get into Netflix's impressive originals like The Sea Beast. To help you keep track of what's new and what you can stream right now, we've updated our list of the best animated movies on Netflix.

10 best Batman stories ever, ranked
Batman Year One cover

Bounding from rooftop to rooftop, the Dark Knight never misses his mark. He operates like a well-oiled machine tracking bad guys, beating them to a bloody pulp, and throwing them in the slammer - or Arkham Asylum should they be anyone of Gotham's notable supervillains. As the brainchild of Bob Kane and Bill Finger, an artist and writer duo, Batman has been pounding the pavement of Gotham ever since his debut in Detective Comics in 1939. He's undergone a number of changes since his original conception ultimately becoming the brooding powerhouse we know today.

Most understand the basic tenants of Batman these days. His parents were murdered before his young eyes leading him down this path of personal vindication and pursuit of justice. Batman, in most iterations, never resorts to killing -- the one crime that separates his outlaw vigilante operations from the real criminals. Of course, it wasn't always that way. In Batman's earliest days, he had no qualms about ending the lives of baddies on the streets. Even now, some stories and films like Tim Burton's gothic take on the character depict him looking on with cold and uncaring glares as criminals meet their end. Regardless, Batman is mostly a well-established hero simply seeking justice and there are countless stories of the Caped Crusader. Let's take a look at the best among them.
