We are back with a new selection of videos to tickle your fancy. These videos are not all from this week, but they all made us laugh or caused our jaws to drop recently. Enjoy!
A Front Row Seat to the Japanese Tsunami
With Japan as technologically advanced as it is, you can expect dozens–maybe hundreds–of videos capturing the terror of the tsunami that crippled the nation. Of them all, this is among the most incredible.
Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking Throw Down in a Rap Battle
Einstein’s palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy; there’s vomit on his sweater already, Mom’s spaghetti…while it isn’t exactly a rap battle on Eminem’s level, this nerd-off is pretty awesome. Harsh, but awesome.
Aliens Invade Colorado
South Park was right! Dear God, run for your lives, people of Colorado! Or, ya know, you could calmly watch the video and have a rational reaction. But where’s the fun in that?
Jacob Tucker Owns the NCAA Dunk Contest
He may never play in the NBA, and you probably won’t see any shoes named after him. Wheaties probably isn’t calling him right now, and odds are against him appearing as a playable character in a video game, and yet, Illinois College basketball player Jacob Tucker has earned the right to run up to his collegiate peers and claim that they are all in his house.
Lionel Messi Scores Twice with One Shot
If you are not a fan of the “beautiful game”, then this clip probably isn’t for you. For those unfamiliar, Lionel Messi is among the greatest living soccer—sorry, football—players alive. At the age of 23, he is already a FIFA World Player of the Year winner, and is generally considered to be an all-around badass for his club team, Barcelona, and his national team, Argentina. In this clip below, he decides to mess around, and scores twice with one shot. The other team witnessed this and decided to call in sick.
