Canceling Apple TV+ on a mobile device

Canceling Apple TV+ on your mobile device is one of the easiest and fastest ways to do it (you can even cancel on an Apple Watch if you really want to), so let’s start here! All your Apple subscriptions are managed in the same spot on iOS, so grab your iPhone or iPad and let’s look at how to get there.

Step 1: Log in to your home screen and open up Settings.

Step 2: In the upper section of Settings, select your name/icon where it says Apple ID, iCloud, media & purchases. In the new screen, select Subscriptions. You may have to sign into your Apple account again at this point.

iPad Subscriptions section.

Step 3: Here, you will see all the subscriptions that you have directly through Apple. Apple TV+ will be on this list, so find it and select it.

iPad Subscriptions display.

Step 4: Now you can view the details of your Apple TV+ subscription, including when your renewal/pay date is. This info will look a little different depending on whether you are still on your free trial or not, but the important part is at the bottom of the window, where you will find the option to Cancel subscription. Select this.

Step 5: Confirm your cancellation. Apple lets you know when your current subscription will end.

Canceling Apple TV+ on a Mac

If you are on your Mac instead of a mobile device, you can still quickly cancel Apple TV Plus, but the details are going to be a little different. Here’s what to do.

Step 1: Head down to the Dock menu on your MacOS home screen and select the App Store with its triangle icon.

Step 2: Look at the bottom left of the screen, and you should see your Name and icon. Select it. Now you will be able to view your app purchases — but subscriptions are located elsewhere. To find them, select the Account information button at the top right of the window. Sign in with your Apple ID now if you need to.

Step 3: Scroll until you reach the Manage section. Look under your Apple nickname and you should see a category called Subscriptions. Select the Manage button beside this.

MacOS Subscription management window.

Step 4: Find your Apple TV+ subscription, and select Edit. In the next screen, you will find a button labeled Cancel subscription. Select this to end your subscription.

Canceling Apple TV+ in a browser

It doesn’t matter what computer you’re on — as long as you have a safe internet connection, you can still cancel Apple TV+ in your browser. Here’s where to go!

Step 1: Go to the Apple TV+ home page. Select the Sign in option in the upper right, and enter your Apple ID to continue.

Step 2: Select your Icon in the upper right of the window, and select Settings from the menu.

Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of Settings until you reach Subscriptions. Here, select Manage.

Step 4: Select Cancel subscription from the new window, and confirm. You’re done!

How do I stop auto-renewal on Apple TV?

Once you cancel from any device, your subscription will no longer apply to any of your Apple platforms. That includes your Apple TV devices, so you don’t need to do it twice. It’s generally a lot easier to manage your subscriptions using one of our methods above, but if you only have an Apple TV set-top box to work with, you can do it through Settings > Users and accounts and log in with your information to find the Subscriptions section.

FITE TV and FITE+: Everything you need to know
what is fite tv 2020 sports

As much as it pains fight fans to say, combat sports have drifted from the mainstream. We're past the days of Friday night fights on network TV. Even HBO has dropped its boxing programming. But where mainstream broadcasters have slowed their coverage, streaming has picked up the slack. This is actually good news for cable cord-cutters. DAZN, ESPN+ and Showtime are some of the biggest boxing, MMA and wrestling streamers. FITE TV is another streaming site to consider. If you want to watch boxing and other combat sports, you should get a FITE+ subscription. There are a few different options that we'll break down below.
What's is FITE TV?

FITE is a combat sports streaming website that features live boxing, wrestling, MMA, and various other sports. It has at least one channel streaming content 24/7, as well as special events and even pay-per-view fights. It has a wealth of pre-recorded content, such as fight replays, interviews and documentaries. FITE has found a niche in less common combat sports. For instance, if you're a bare knuckle boxing fan, there is no better site to watch matches on that FITE. If you love professional wrestling, but WWE doesn't scratch the itch for more local, amateur events, FITE has your back. If you've recently stumbled onto the craze of slap fighting, FITE TV is your home for watching the championships.
Is FITE TV free?
Yes, some content on FITE TV is free. There are several different tiers of content though. Just logging in on a free account will get you access to the FITE 24/7 free streaming channel. This is basically a cable TV channel that streams constantly. The content on FITE 24/7 is primarily replays of events that previously aired on a FITE+ special or PPV. They also occasionally air free countdown shows to the paid events.

How to convert your VHS tapes to DVD, Blu-ray, or digital
VHS tape lifestyle DVD burner combo deck

Nostalgia is a powerful motivator. And nothing quite drives nostalgia more than ripping open a storage bin to find a pile of VHS camcorder tapes that pretty much document your life -- from weddings to graduations, to family vacations, to that indie film you made when you thought you were going to be the next Scorcese.
But when you're done tripping down memory lane (assuming you have a VCR to play them on), you might be thinking about converting that VHS gold to a digital format because, whether you know it or not, the tape that those memories are on is slowly decaying and may soon be lost forever. Converting well-worn home movies will never be flawless, but it can be done on a modest budget with a few basic tools.
Below, we'll show you how to save your moments digitally on multiple formats, including by DVD transfer, Blu-ray, or digital file. If you're just too busy, we've also got a list of the various VHS conversion services, including pricing, to help you preserve that 20-year-old home video of you bailing on your first bike. If not for you, do it for posterity's sake.

2023’s best sci-fi show is on Apple TV+. Here’s why you should watch it right now
A man and a woman talk in Silo.

Although it doesn't yet have the same prestigious reputation as something like HBO, Apple TV+ has proven that it can churn out genuinely great shows when it wants to. Shows like For All Mankind and Pachinko may never have been given the green light or the budget that they received if they were being pushed by another network, and Apple TV+ transformed them both into major success stories.

The streamer's latest new show is Silo, a sci-fi series focused on a group of people who live in an underground silo in the aftermath of a nuclear disaster.  Silo isn't just one of the best sci-fi shows on TV, it's also one of the best shows on Apple TV+ ever. Here are a few reasons why you should watch it right now.
