“To see Jurassic World come to life is like seeing Jurassic Park come true,” says Spielberg in the recently released, two-minute “A Look Inside” featurette created by Universal Studios and Legendary Pictures.

Along with Spielberg’s commentary on the film, which is set 22 years after the events of the original Jurassic Park movie and is directed by Safety Not Guaranteed filmmaker Colin Trevorrow, the featurette also offers up quite a bit of fresh footage — including some new scenes featuring Chris Pratt’s character and the pack of velociraptors with which he become embroiled. There are also a few more scenes teasing the genetically-engineered “super-dinosaur” that debuts in the film.

According to Trevorrow, the inspiration for the film comes from the idea that people would eventually grow bored even with something as amazing as Jurassic Park, prompting the Park to make changes in order to stay in business, as all theme parks do. The director has compared the nucleus of that inspiration to the image of a teenager texting on his phone while leaning against the glass of a dinosaur enclosure that separates him from a living, breathing Tyrannosaurus Rex.

Along with Pratt, the film stars Bryce Dallas Howard (The Help), Ty Simpkins (Insidious), Jake Johnson (Let’s Be Cops), Nick Robinson (The Kings of Summer), Irrfan Khan (Life of Pi), Vincent D’Onofrio (Daredevil), BD Wong (Jurassic Park), Omar Sy (X-Men: Days of Future Past), Judy Greer (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes), Katie McGrath (Merlin), Lauren Lapkus (Blended), and Andy Buckley (Bridesmaids).

Jurassic World arrives in standard and 3D theaters, as well as IMAX theaters, June 12, 2015.

Generations unite in new Jurassic World Dominion featurette
DeWanda Wise and Chris Pratt in Jurassic World Dominion.

In a summer box office destined to be dominated by superheroes and Tom Cruise, there's at least one more franchise that could challenge for the crown. Jurassic World Dominion is not only a sequel to the hit Jurassic World films, but it's also the first time in three decades that the main characters of Jurassic Park will be back in action. And if the sequel's latest featurette is any indication, it's shaping up to be a crossover of Endgame proportions.

The new video feature follows up on the recently released trailer that introduced Baby Blue, the daughter of Owen Grady's raptor, Blue. It also reveals that Owen, Claire Dearing, and their adoptive daughter, Maisie Lockwood, have been living off the grid since Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. It's appropriate since the state of the world is kind of their fault. Maisie made the call to set the dinosaurs free on an unsuspecting planet, and they're making up for lost time.

New Jurassic World Dominion trailer introduces Baby Blue
Baby Blue in Jurassic World Dominion.

The newest trailer for Jurassic World Dominion is asking the important questions, like "Can a dinosaur truly be adorable?" or "Shouldn't the child of Blue be called Green?" Regardless, the bigger questions after this trailer are "Who stole Baby Blue? And what do they want with her?" Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) had better find out fast, because with Baby Blue gone in the wind, Momma Blue is no longer his best friend. The bond between Owen and the raptor named Blue was a key part of the last two films. But now, Blue is having some trust issues.

Steven Spielberg is working on a new film based on Bullitt
Steve McQueen as Bullitt.

Steven Spielberg may be 75-years old, but he's not slowing down anytime soon. According to Deadline, the famed director is now attached to helm a new film featuring Frank Bullitt, a character originally portrayed by screen icon Steve McQueen in one of the greatest movies of the '60s, Bullitt. However, the report notes that this will not be a remake of Bullitt. Instead, it will simply be a new story featuring Frank Bullitt as the main character.

Bullitt was one of the most famous movies made by McQueen during his career. It was based on Robert L. Fish's 1963 novel, Mute Witness. Within the film, Frank Bullitt was a San Francisco police detective who was assigned to protect a mobster named Johnny Ross in order for Ross to give testimony at an organized crime hearing in a Senate subcommittee. After the mob successfully kills Ross ahead of time, Frank hides the evidence of Ross' death in order to give himself more time to investigate and bring the killers to justice.
