What’s new on Paramount+ in November 2024

Billy Bob Thornton in Landman.
Paramount+

Paramount+ may have launched Taylor Sheridan’s Lioness season 2 at the end of October, but it also has a new Sheridan-created series coming in November as well. Like many of Sheridan’s recent shows, Landman boasts an impressive cast that includes Billy Bob Thornton, Demi Moore, Jon Hamm, Andy Garcia, Michael Peña, and more. But instead of focusing on the drama surrounding ranching like Yellowstone, Landman is shifting the focus to an oil company in Texas.

Showtime is also dropping a prominent new original series, The Agency, which features Michael Fassbender as a CIA operative named Martin who tries to figure out his identity after spending years on an undercover assignment. But only Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers can stream The Agency. And that’s true of a lot of the latest movie additions as well. Showtime tends to get the A-list titles, and Paramount+’s lower tiers get everything else.

A dirtied James Bond stands on a road.

Last weekend, Tom Hardy said goodbye to the symbiote in Venom: The Last Dance. Billed as the final film in the Venom trilogy, The Last Dance opened to a franchise-low $51 million domestic box office haul. Still, that's a good opening weekend, especially considering these films have garnered negative reviews. Who would have thought The Last Dance would open better than Joker: Folie à Deux in the U.S.?

Not interested in comic book adaptations and prefer to get your movie fix at home? FAST services are about to look different thanks to an influx of new movies. All three movies on this list were recently added to FAST services. Remember, it's free to sign up and watch this ad-supported content.
