New Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows trailer debuts

If you are a fan of the Harry Potter franchise, odds are you will see the first part of the final chapter no matter what. Thankfully, if the newly released trailer is any indication, you won’t be disappointed.

Harry Potter is a young wizard that- actually, at this point if you don’t know who Harry Potter is, then there is really no point explaining it now. Go back and watch the previous six movies or check out the seven books that have sold hundreds of millions of copies around the world.  The final movies take the final book of the same name and split it into two full length films. Judging by the trailer, an admittedly dicey way to judge things, the movies are sticking very close to the source material.

Love tears Harry Styles apart in My Policeman’s new trailer
The cast of My Policeman.

Love is never easy even under the best of circumstances. And the circumstances are far from ideal in Prime Video's upcoming film, My Policeman. Harry Styles, one of the leads of Don't Worry Darling, headlines the film as Tom Burgess, a police officer in the '50s who has to hide the fact that he's secretly gay. It was a different time back then, and even the hint of homosexuality could ruin lives. That's why Tom married a school teacher named Marion Taylor. Marion truly loves Tom, but the titular policeman only has eyes for a local museum curator, Patrick Hazlewood. And that's a volatile love triangle that may ultimately destroy all three of them.

DC debuts new Black Adam and Shazam! Fury of the Gods trailers
Black Adam walks away from an explosion in Black Adam.

After lying dormant for nearly a year, the DCEU has stormed back into pop culture consciousness. At this year's San Diego Comic-Con, Warner Bros. took advantage of its prime Hall H real estate and brought out the cast and directors of two of 2022's most highly anticipated movies of the year.

The first one up is Shazam! Fury of the Gods. A sequel to the 2019 hit, Shazam 2 brings back Zachary Levi as everyone's favorite teenage superhero not named Miles Morales or Ms. Marvel's Kamala Khan, Billy Batson. He's joined by his foster brothers and sisters, who, if you remember, turned into their own versions of Shazam at the end of that film.
