Paul is the News Editor at Digital Trends. Before joining DT, Paul spent 3 years as an editor on the New York Post's digital team, where he helped coordinate breaking news coverage, sent breaking news email blasts and push notifications, and publish stories from the paper's many different desks.

He got his start in local news with a six-year career covering Long Island's East End communities for the Times Review Media Group and Patch.com. Paul covered everything from devastation wildfires to murder cases to the downfall of a once-vibrant fishing industry. He won multiple awards for his coverage, including first-place honors for his in-depth, features and news reporting with the New York Press Association.

Paul graduated from Boston University after a stint at Syracuse's Newhouse School. He lives in New York City with his wife, adorable cat, Charlie, and his floor-to-ceiling shelf of board games.
